I did but out in the sticks. Got the dullard work experience kid who fumbled around, gave me the wrong category ticket then when he finally got into the right thing, the best ones were all gone.*
Oh well I only queued for four and a half hours.
This was after they thwarted a previous Internet pre-sale attempt last week by blocking me for the crime of manually refreshing my browser too often.
I.shall.be.happy.with.what.I.have. You may imagine that being said through gritted teeth.
* And are now all on eBay!

At eggs-ack-ly 9.00am on the dot I onlined 4 tickets.
They are sooo crappy that I might be better off with batpowers hanging from ceiling and I will possibly be looking straight down with a great view of Mr Cohen's hat - from the side back.
And I'm not really smirking about the refreshing your browser episode last week. Well just a bit.

I feel bad about this ... My mate R and I are in Row E, middle section (Adelaide). I worked out that you can join A Day On the Green for free and if you're a member you can make advance bookings. Then I too tried and failed Ticketmaster's crap internet site -- didn't refresh, but I tried six times to book and each time the relevant page took ages to load (NB I have okay broadband) and by the time it did I got a window saying I -- I, mind you, not them -- had timed out.
So I rang up, in a white-hot rage, and got lucky (as it were) with a sensible boy who immediately booked me the tickets, which arrived in the mail the other day. They have been put out of the reach of the cardboard-chewing cat.

I and my sistah do have 2nd row centre tix for the Bowral winery gig via ADOTG pre-sale so I feel a little guilty constantly bitching abut this other thing, but not guilty enough to stop constantly bitching about it.
Ticketmaster have not given me the courtesy of a reply which of course is more infuriating that the original offence(s). So I think O have to go hassle Frontier Touring now about their douchey choice in commercial partners.
