I'm back on the right side of the digital divide. To celebrate, I did a new muxtape just of stuff I listened to in my first couple of hours of plugging the thing in. The opening song is a Mexican cover of Quinn the Eskimo.

Nice to see you back.

Haven't missed much but the LOLcats are still in vogue.

And some mighty fine muxying. Got to check out Raul Malo as I did love the Mavericks.

I can't get any muxtapes to play - must be my browser- i havent spent much time futzing around to try and get them to work either.

I just got my 3 Raul Malo CDs from Amazon the other week - including the special xmas one. "Only Lonely" is the best consistent quality CD but the xmas one has enough truly ripper tracks -like Blue Christmas - on it to justify the purchase. The "After Hours" CD, doesnt quite stand up in my view.

I'll have to checkout the acoustic CD sometime.

The absolute gem is the Live DVD The Mavericks - Live in Austin, Texas which I have raved about before.

Keep trying FXH!! My musical taste is too awesome to waste! Just, like, click on the song. Twice if you have to.

I haven't listened to the new Raul that much but Early Morning Rain grabbed me straight away and I also like his version of Hot Burrito #1 on there.
